When joining or renewing online there are TWO things you must do in order to complete the process.
You must click on the appropriate button below, fill out the form, once you hit Submit it will take you to the payment page. You will receive an email indicating we have received your payment. Do not back track and click again, or the system will charge you again.
Once you complete the form, you will be directed to the payment page. If you click on the discounted rate and are ineligible for that rate, you will be contacted by the treasurer for the difference.
You may need to turn off your pop up blocker. Many employers prevent pop ups. You may need to use your personal computer.
The submission of this form will provide you with the 2025 password for the Members Only section.

- FLCA Regular Membership $50
- Non-Paid Membership $25 ~ you are a volunteer or in a position where you are not being paid as a lactation support person.
- FLCA Discount Membership $25 ~ you are offered the discounted rate if you passed the IBCLC exam for the first time. For example, if you passed the exam in 2024 you may join for 2025 with this rate if you did not use this rate for 2024.

Please note if you join from January 1 through September 30 your membership will be for the current year. If you join between October 1 and December 31, your membership will start immediately and continue through the next year.
If you prefer to upload the membership form and mail it with a check, please click on the download file link to the right. Print the form. Fill it out and send with your check to the address at the bottom. Once the Treasurer receives it, you will receive an email confirmation.

Prior to using this payment button, you must contact treasurer Dawn Baltz for instructions and link to correct membership form for this purpose. This button is used only when one person is paying for membership for multiple people. $50 per person for Regular Individual Membership. $25 for discount membership or for passing IBCLC exam first time or if unemployed.

Refund/Return Policy
After 3 days you will receive the log in information for the members only section via email and a refund will not be made available. Within the first 3 days you may request a refund. The refund will be minus any bank fees incurred by FLCA for the transaction. RETURN CHECK POLICY: A check returned to FLCA by your bank due to insufficient funds in your account will incur a fee assessed by our bank. Payment after such an occurrence must be made by certified bank check, money order or cash. Payment must include fees FLCA is charged due to the returned check as well as the amount the check was originally written for. If the transaction is declined, you will not be sent the FLCA members only log in information.
